A passionate Pilates instructor focused on the balance between body and mind and on conscious movement. Her journey began with the rediscovery of harmony between control, breath and movement - principles at the core of every session. Pilates Reformer workouts are built to develop strength, mobility and energy, within a carefully guided framework. Her approach is calm and supportive, oriented towards progress, well-being and integrating the benefits of Pilates into everyday life.
